Cancellations and refunds

Joining the waitlist is free and involves no charge. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@heysababa.com.

These terms will apply when paid subscriptions launch.
You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time through chat, the website or email. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days, without a cancellation fee, and you will not be charged for the period after cancellation.
Within 14 days of purchase, you may cancel and receive a refund less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, under the Consumer Protection Law. No cancellation fee applies for a fault or nonconformity.
EU and UK customers have a 14-day cancellation right under their local law.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
How to cancel: email hello@heysababa.com with your signup email address and a cancellation request. We will acknowledge receipt.

The payment charging entity will be identified on the checkout page before purchase.
